Mario was awesome. He was knowledgable, friendly, and honest. Mario answered all my questions and more. He has a deep passion for cars and customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.
On February 9th I had my car serviced to get the vehicle oil change and regular inspection. The following day my car overheated and when I pulled over the lid to the coolant was sitting beside it (not closed), which caused the coolant to evaporate. I had to pay out of pocket to replace the coolant at approximately $60. I immediately called the service department letting them know (left voicemail) and took pictures as proof.
