I had a great experience with Jones Flooring, especially working with Steve Faircloth. We recently had a warranty issue with flooring they had installed, and Steve was incredibly courteous and quick to take action. He handled everything promptly and made the process very smooth. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and it’s clear he truly cares about taking care of his customers. I really appreciate the way this was handled and would highly recommend Jones Flooring.
We had a new home built. Jones Flooring was the ones doing the tile work around the tub. It took them 4 times coming out trying to fix mistakes like misaligned tile, two different grout colors, not putting insulation back in the wall where the ninch went, not connecting the trim in the corners. Spaces between tile and wall, so the shim was showing and tried to fill the gap with grout. They droped the tile in the tubs and put chips in the tub. What amazing customer service! After a miscommunication on sizing, Cheryl was quick to resolve our issue and we couldn’t be happier!! Our rug feels amazing and is the perfect size for our space. She definitely took care of us and we will most definitely be return customers!
Cheryl makes ordering all of our materials SO easy. She definitely goes the extra mile, helps us find what we need within our budget and is very responsive. She is even going to sort and label everything so our installer can pick it up and make no mistakes. The best ordering experience ever!
This place is great. Cheryl is so easy to work with and has solved many problems for us. She makes it super easy and handles so many details I would never remember. Great experience!
