Friendly and very knowledgeable customer service!!
Meet with Tyler at my pond in Marysville area on June 10, 2026. Tyler was on time, very professional and took time to explain the good and bad plant life in my pond. Tyler, recommend a treatment plan for pond that works for me. Give Jones lake management and Tyler a call for your pond needs.
The Columbus branch has been treating the pond in my neighborhood for years and it always looks BEAUTIFUL! The workers that come out to treat are friendly and efficient. Everyone there is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Their technician never got back to me as promised. I never even got a quote and he said he would refer me to some subcontractors that could help and he never did that either. His name was Taylor Batty. Horribly unresponsive.
