The Columbus branch has been treating the pond in my neighborhood for years and it always looks BEAUTIFUL! The workers that come out to treat are friendly and efficient. Everyone there is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Their technician never got back to me as promised. I never even got a quote and he said he would refer me to some subcontractors that could help and he never did that either. His name was Taylor Batty. Horribly unresponsive.
