Russ up there always seems to have an attitude anytime I come in and a better than everyone else ego. Not sure if it’s just with me or if that’s his personality. Not how you should run a business for the public.

This place is horrible I called to ask if they had something that I needed, I was talking to Russ who was and had a very rude customer service and don’t know how to talk to people right, “who says sure as a yes” over the phone and I called back to get the price on the item but he couldn’t tell me the price at all and it was 3.00$ so he put me on hold to work with “some other people” he couldn’t even give me a price for it, it wasn’t even that much at all but I wanted to make sure that I had enough money for it!! when we came... read more

bought jacket and it smells like chemical fumes. unusable. gives headache. my grandma died of alzhiemers and it makes me think of that. i can’t shop in the store because it smells like chemicals. these people cause braindamage.
