Five stars really doesn’t reflect the experience I had. Let me explain. I have always hated the dentist. Nothing personal, but every dentist I ever had was just to rough, in this sensitive area, and they always had me gripping the chair with a death grip waiting on the pain they were inevitably going to cause me. This was the first time in 30 years and 30 dentists I was able to relax. The new dentist Dr.Dean and Dr.Audra Jones are amazing, and the woman who handles the billing and works up front is great. The rest of the staff I have met is a bit lacking in competence and efficiency, seem to have several less experienced assistants and hygienists. They also always seem to be behind schedule. I would not get my teeth cleaned here (horrible experience) but getting a procedure done here by one of the dentist is a better experience. They take the time to make sure you are doing ok throughout the process.
Dr. Audra is the best! She is knowledgable, patient, and has a great bedside manner. She makes coming to the dentist a little less stressful for me.
