I hired John to scrape some peeling paint and paint some fashia boards. Most of the labor was moving his ladder around and fixing brackets on roof to work off of. 2 sides of the house were in need of scraping before primer and paint. The other 2 sides only needed a coat of paint to match the other 2. I paid him $1700 for this job and he spent 20 hours here.
