Receptionist is terrible. I called & scheduled a new patient appointment for a Friday at 12:45pm. They called me back and asked if I could come early- I told the woman that 12:20 is the earliest I could be there because I’m already taking time off work & I don’t have lunch until 12pm. She insisted that 12:20pm was fine. I got there early, and she told me that I was supposed to come at 12pm and that the doctor left for the day already!! I took a half day from work just to go to the appointment and she lied to me on the phone.... read more
I really connected with Dr. Jones! Technically, she is gentle but she is also a straight shooter with vast experience and candor. I love that she SPENDS time in an office visit and will get on the phone too! Who does that anymore? They really don't make them like her anymore. I left my appointment feeling like I could have coffee with her. She's ALL that!
I’ve been seeing DR Jones for 10+ years now , she’s the best doctor you’re going to come across in this area or even close to it .. even when I dealt with my pregnancies and had to go elsewhere for care … I hated it !!! I missed Dr. jones so much. She’s my safe place but you for sure can not be sensitive though , I tell you that !!!!!!!! My girl does not sugar coat or make you believe fantasy’s .
