I am in my 50's and never have I ever....Office and gyn tools are very outdated. Urine samples were left sitting together open in a room on tray (disgusting) instead with a top on each. Overheard one of them say they spilled one and added water. I for one never received my urine results back. As for my pap smear, I only received a text!!! stating what my results were. Receptionist and doctor are very elderly. Receptionist needed an assistant, papers all over the place and unorganized. Obviously I'll never come back here.
Best gynecologist ever. One of the nicest and most caring people you will ever meet. Highly recommend!
Receptionist is terrible. I called & scheduled a new patient appointment for a Friday at 12:45pm. They called me back and asked if I could come early- I told the woman that 12:20 is the earliest I could be there because I’m already taking time off work & I don’t have lunch until 12pm. She insisted that 12:20pm was fine. I got there early, and she told me that I was supposed to come at 12pm and that the doctor left for the day already!! I took a half day from work just to go to the appointment and she lied to me on the phone.... read more
I really connected with Dr. Jones! Technically, she is gentle but she is also a straight shooter with vast experience and candor. I love that she SPENDS time in an office visit and will get on the phone too! Who does that anymore? They really don't make them like her anymore. I left my appointment feeling like I could have coffee with her. She's ALL that!
