Our bedroom air conditioner failed so I called Jones. A lovely man called Dillon came out very promptly, show me the problem, fixed the problem then showed me the repair so we could use again as soon as very hot at night. Thank you Jones for prompt efficient service
Recently had 2 heat pumps and a heat pump water heater installed, quotes were the best between 3 other local suppliers. Turn around time was very good considering scale of the work and service was awesome.
Matt and the team are excellent to work with. We have five Gree systems installed now over a period of years and are very happy with them. All the team as well as there plumbing contractors are good communicators. They always clean up and leave the place tidy which is appreciated
