We contacted Jones Electrical after finding them through the Avida owners hub. We had a problem with our electrics on our brand new motorhome. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, an electrician turned up ASAP and the problem was resolved. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful to us non technical people 👍🏻
This company is very unprofessional to deal with. I have been going backwards and forwards with them for over a month to try and get a quote for commercial works. They have promised week by week that they will finalise the quote. Than last minute so called management decided they didnt want to do the job, after wasting all this time that I could have organised for another company to do these works. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
