We had alarm service with Jones Electric for almost 5 yrs. The alarm was not user friendly. No manual to go with it. The two times I needed it shut off due to lightning hitting my house or electricity going out Jones electric would not answer their phone or call me back. Last week I left a frantic message saying my electricity went out and alarm was continuously beeping and noone answered the phone or called me back.
