He built the first phase only in Buckingham Plantation,he will not turn over the hoa to the the homeowners and is still collecting 240 per year every time someone moves in or out of the subdivision. An attorney is having to be brought in against him just to take care of this.He built this subdivision on a swamp,the whole subdivision is flooding,because whoever he hired put the storm drain system in did it incorrectly,ground is caving in,pipes are blocked,sinkholes ever... read more
