There attention to detail is a joke. Can't remember what they asked you the month previous, so they will send you the questions month after month Certainly don't forget to send you a bill every month for the same question. Couldn't remember to return the retainer though. I had to chase it down after a year. if the outcome is important to you, i suggest you look elsewhere.
