I am so incredibly grateful for the support of Dr Edith Au at jones dental Wollongong . I have been dealing with gum disease now for over 30 years and the treatment for this disease has been quite intense leading me to have gas on every appointment to help with my anxiety . I have seen Celia at Wollongong and Unanderra practice for treatment. I even brought my daughter along for a check up. She is very lovely and welcoming, friendly even. I was going to make Jones Dental my family's dental care provider. Until I had fillings done on 3 of my teeth. Not only did Celia work on 3 teeth instead of just the 2 that we agreed on, but she did not even ask permission or confirmation that she can proceed with the 3rd tooth. I still got charged for it.
