Caring Dentistry for a Health Smile has been our policy from the day Dr Austin Jones and Dr Paul Jones first opened their doors on Crown Street Wollongong in 1962, more than 50 years ago. I have seen Celia at Wollongong and Unanderra practice for treatment. I even brought my daughter along for a check up. She is very lovely and welcoming, friendly even. I was going to make Jones Dental my family's dental care provider. Until I had fillings done on 3 of my teeth. Not only did Celia work on 3 teeth instead of just the 2 that we agreed on, but she did not even ask permission or confirmation that she can proceed with the 3rd tooth. I still got charged for it. My usual dentist is Michael Wood, who is the best. Unfortunately I couldn't get in to see him the other day, so I saw Dr Jie Dan Luo, who was very good. I had broken a tooth and was very uptight about what may have to be done. I need not have worried, he fixed my tooth, without any bother, he was very gentle. I can highly recommend him. Thank you.
Big referb since I had last been. Very clean and modern dentistry. Staff are friendly and professional as was my dentist - Dr Dan Luo!
