They took down my review! Here goes again: I took a sick dog and the DR ordered some tests through the assistant, to be done prior to seeing my dog. I told them I was considering putting her down and if the vet could just peek in because I didn't want to run up my bill. They told me that's the way the office was run and if I didn't have these tests, my dying dog wouldn't be seen. When the doc came in he noticed her in respiratory and cardiac distress.
