Truly terrible. I live out of state and can't anyone to reply to my messages. My buddy in Lancaster told me they were a good dealership, but I say otherwise. Usually, you can't get a dealership to stop contacting you. Hopefully, this is a one off but totally not impressed.
Jones did it again!! This was our family’s 4th vehicle purchase from Jones- a few Acura’s and now a GMC!! We have so many car dealers in our area, but always end up at Jones. Josh Hartman was a great salesman!! He guided us through the entire process, didn’t matter if it was a text or a phone call. He was kind, thorough and very knowledgeable!! We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience, and we knew they wouldn’t let us down! Thank you for everything!! Keep up the great work Josh!!
