Truck entrance to shipping/receiving is Located at 820 w rockwell ave. Use Business 26 Janseville ave. There's a Kwik trip south on business 26 Diesel lanes only. A person will come to your truck after your stagged if you don't get a door right away. You have to go back to 820 location if you load at one of there other buildings. Takes a long time to get your paperwork.
Friendly people checked in and guard asked me my name and I told them and went to show them my ID and he’s like I’m Dave and we’re on first name basis around here. But whoever said they were fast at unloading. Was wrong.
Extremely slow unloading,It took them over two hours to unload the meat containers, and now I'm waiting another hour for the BOL. Does anyone work at this company?
Very bad organization. I've been waiting for an hour for them to bring me the documents for the cargo. It's locked everywhere, you can't even ask why you're waiting so long. By the way, I have bought their products, from the Costco , very poor quality.
