This place is great. Liz, the owner, knows her stuff and will do modifications for any injuries. She will also hold you accountable and make sure you have excellent form.
Everyone here is amazing. Liz is a genius when it comes to knowing just how much she can push my body and making sure I don't injure myself.

Our first visit to Jones Creek Wellness Center was for the Restorative Reiki & Sound Bath. It is a gorgeous environment, set back off the road. The big doors were open and we heard birds singing. The gym was very inviting and inspiring. I look forward to spending more time there.
