Heard it’s run by an HOA. No rights to own certain things.
4-5 ft potholes are no issue but they're quick to throw violations for slightly grown grass. They don't give a dmn what the trashy park looks like, just easy money for them. Bet the "inspector" can't even drive a straight line through the crappy park. They charge good money for these lots too, dog crap management company. Edit: thanks for proving my point, grass grows 1/4" and your fat boy is up there with his clipboard and his hand out, meanwhile the potholes grow a foot a day and y'all could care less.
