Friendly small town business willing to help on a moments notice. Had to order tires, but got them the next day. Great people to work with.

Gave them simple directions to leave the receipt and keys in the car on a Friday night because they aren't open at all on Saturday and they left my car unlocked with the receipt and no keys and screwed me out of a weekend of work

Now this is my kind of service. Friendly and helpful. Quick oil change and now I have a trusted mechanic. Good prices for quality work. Anamosa has some good mechanics and Jones Co Tire is one of them. Stay local.

Had over $400 worth of work done to make it so the car could be towed home due to a divorce. I specifically requested the car be aligned, it was not. Car almost hit garage because they didn't install brake pads on one side. Several fasteners were only hand tight. The icing on the cake? When I get it to my house and fix the brakes, the ball joints were rubbing on the rotors. Turns out they installed them alright, upside down and backwards! The ribbed metal needs to point downward, and on my car, it's pointing up.
