Top notch service and professionalism. Won’t take my car anywhere else!
Worst customer service experience of all time. First I had to special order tires for my truck. I could understand that. They told me they'd call me when they arrived. They didn't, I had to call them. Then I sat in their waiting room for a full hour and a half while my truck just sat in the parking lot, for a service I was told would take 45 minutes. .Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Reasonable prices and quick service – We had to replace tires on our car and I was dreading the experience. Costco had bumped their prices at least 15% higher in the past year, and I had to make the rounds to find a good deal. We got five quotes around town and found Bob's prices to be the best in 84117 and 84121. Mid-upper quality tires with road hazard warranty for under $500 after various Goodyear rebates. That puts a smile on my face.
