DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. They said they did an alignment on my car before determining that I need struts. They should have known (as all mechanics know) that you need an alignment AFTER struts. So, they wasted $160 and a full day without a car. Then, I got home and realized the alignment statistics show the exact same measurements BEFORE the alignment as AFTER the alignment. Top notch service and professionalism. Won’t take my car anywhere else!
Worst customer service experience of all time. First I had to special order tires for my truck. I could understand that. They told me they'd call me when they arrived. They didn't, I had to call them. Then I sat in their waiting room for a full hour and a half while my truck just sat in the parking lot, for a service I was told would take 45 minutes. .Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced.
