I really like this place as they are professional, fair and they are straight shooters. Josh is the latest person I've worked with and he's phenomenal. I've been chasing my tail trying to resolve a TV issue and have spent hours on the phone with Sony technical support. Josh told me what they should have told me, and I have since verified Josh was right. I won't shop Sony any longer, but I will continue to rely on Gem City Digital.
They diagnosed my issue with a charging port on my phone in about 30 seconds, had the right part in stock, and had it completely repaired within an hour at a very fair price. I have worked with them before and they did not disappoint this time either, and I would recommend them to anybody.
These guys are GREAT, he best .Anything that's wrong with your phone they can fix it.

Wonderful experience! Went in with my broken hard drive and they gave me great service.
