I broke my iPhone screen and originally took my phone to Apple. I could not remember my iCloud password, which would take Apple up to a month to reset. While I waited over a week and went to the store multiple times, no one informed me that using my Apple Watch would cancel this request. So I wasted over a week with Apple with nothing to show. Very disappointed in the service (I did not get today)! I buy all my Apple products from them. From phones, iPads, and MacBooks. I am having issues with my music. Several of my songs will not download. Something along the lines “I can’t download this songs because of the region”. I simply ask the young man at the counter for some assistance. He asked “ Have you looked on the internet”. And was pretty much done helping me after that. He would not even look at my phone. Told me maybe log out then back in.
After 4 hours of me trying to fix husband's samsung galaxy 23 phone (intrusive pop ups, malware galore) took to Gem City Digital. Despite steady stream of customers, GCD staff technicians helped us quickly. They were precise and kind and polite, and best of all- his phone is back in commission for a very nominal fee. Such a relief! Thank you so much Gem City Digital!
Fantastic and FAST! I dropped off a sixth generation iPad because I had a cracked screen that needed replaced. I was told it would be ready for pick up in a couple of hours. They were super fast and nice! I unfortunately had a cracked screen last year and made the mistake of bringing it to uBreakiFix In Miamisburg… Worst experience ever. They had my iPad for weeks. Moving forward I will always bring my electronics to Gem City Digital!
They did a cleaning on my Xbox, I left my Xbox for a cleaning and termal paste replacement on Friday they told me that it would be ready the same day or on Monday worst case scenario. Then it was not ready on Monday, then they told me that the guy who cleans that did not come on Monday, they did not apologize or anything at all, when I went to pick the Xbox, I asked the guy upfront if I would get warranty of any kind in case something did not workout or that the console overheated, and he said that in case something like tha... read more
