I’ve had my CarPlay and backup camera installed here for a little over six months now, and overall, I’m very pleased with the service and the system. There were a few issues with the original CarPlay installation, and I did have to make a couple of trips back to get everything worked out. I also had to reach back out a few times, so I do feel the communication could have been a little better, especially considering the amount of money spent and expecting everything to be right the first time. The Apple Store said that I had 2 missing pins on the charging port for my 16 pro max and it would cost $549 to fix. I went to Gem City Digital on my way home, they said that there was nothing wrong with my phone. Only a little fuzz in the port. They cleaned it out and it was good as new. Gem City Digital was great!! The customer service was amazing!! I would recommend Gem City Digital 10 times out of 10.
