Went to see if they could check my phone's charger port since my phone wasn't wanting to charge very well. Sir checked it out and let me know how disgustingly packed my charger port was and got me on my way in about 10 minutes. Thank you!

I have no idea what their services are like, because I CANNOT REACH THEM. I tried their Contact Us form on their website. They never got back to me. I tried their online quote form on their website. They never got back to me. I tried to CALL them. They never picked up, and their voice mail inbox was full. Does this place even operate anymore, or is somebody paying for a dead website?
The people are super helpful with older folks who aren’t so tech savvy!
