Chuck waterproofed my 4' x 6' balcony and charged me $600, he said the elastomeric waterproofing was very expensive, several hundred dollars, I looked it up and it was $67 a gallon. He then told me he would be back to seal my balcony door with a silicon caulking and even left his broken ladder in my courtyard. Keep in mind this was back late December 2020.
