Technician was very polite and completed work in a timely manner. Like the home service idea!! Saved me a lot of time and money!!
The tech Matt came out and did a great job explaining the work that was done and my vehicle's future needs. He had the work done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the mobile service or taking your vehicle to Jones to have the work completed.
Service tech came to my house to fix a ABS download recall. Tech was nice and very knowledgeable and service was faster than originally told. Real pleased with today’s service.
Mike and the Jones service guys are top notch. I won’t use any other service center in the Hartford/Baltimore area.
