We had them come out and clean our chimney. Afterwards we went to start a fire and the house was filled with smoke. We quickly put out the fire and found the liner was clogged my husband had to clean it all out. So when Jason Jones told me that we might have to clean up a few ashes I didn’t realize that He wasn’t even checking to make sure it wasn’t clogged. In all my 18 years I have never seen a chimney sweep not check the inside of the stove after cleaning.
Friendly and did a great job for a reasonable price .
