I was advised by a friend to use Jones Carpet Court because of the excellent experience they had when carpeting their house. I called in to see what range of carpet was available for the children's bedrooms. Scott provided good advice and a time frame that I could work with. Got the call for an installation date and Riley came out and handled the installation professionally. All round great experience.
I'd give minus stars if I could. This business doesn't even deserve 1 star! Appalling! It took over 12 months of being mucked around and a submission to the Dept of Fair Trading to replace carpet that we'd purchased and had started to delaminate. Jones deemed one joint separation to be caused by the vacuum. After meeting the Rep from the manufacturer, without hesitation he said “definitively not caused by a vacuum.” The Rep was chasing Jones for measurements for weeks so they could supply replacement carpet. Great service, communication and attention to detail. Got top quality wool carpet throughout my home, from a good range of choice. Quick response and cleaned up well. Using again for another property. Highly recommended.
They say one thing and do another, they were going to ring back after 2pm to make a appointment to come and measure come 5pm still no phone call so I went elsewhere to get my carpet quote & installed Bad management
