This specialist in gastroenterology is not good (Carl Jones). It was an unpleasant experience where I only saw him twice, of which it must have been a total of UNDER 10 minutes! Think of a McDonald's drive-thru. Diagnosed: as CANCER PHOBIA The Staff was great and one of a kind. Sadly this GI doctor is like a fast food practice, the doctor is very uncaring and will not go over any of your notes, you have to read them online because he does not have time to read them to you. Dr. Jones is very hasty. He will barely look at you, the moment he gets into your patient room he is trying to get out. Very sad at the dishonesty, and darkness. He has always been really great for me. His staff as well. Very knowledgeable. I like his straight forward approach. I like the fact when you have an appointment that's when he sees you and he has a treatment plan already. He asks if there are any questions. He also sends follow up notes. Thanks Nacogdoches GI Consultants.
Worst bedside manner. Always seemed in a hurry. His staff is great but Dr. Jones, not so much.
