It pains me to write this review because in the past Jones Brothers have done a great job for me. However this time, it did not go well. The mimosa bushes they were supposed to trim back were left with large limbs left untouched, there was debris all over, etc. etc. I am adding photos since they speak louder than words. They were supposed to come back to finish the job whenever they were in the area but, it's been over a month and they are still not here and they do not answer my calls.
New to Bluffton, but needed some tree work done. Took a chance with Jones Brothers Tree Surgeons. So glad I did!!! They were punctual, efficient, and most professional. The crew did an awesome job selectively pruning our crepe myrtle trees (not crepe murder!) and thoroughly cleaned up the job site...all at a competitive price. Thank you Jeff, Clay, and company. Highest possible recommendation.
I want to say a huge thank you to Jones Brothers Tree Surgeons. Sunday, Aunt’s cat ran 30 feet up a tree and needed rescuing. I called Jones Brothers Tree Surgeons and within a half an hour they sent Gabriel, he scaled 30 feet, then the cat in terror went up the tree another 30 feet. He pulled off a truly amazing feat of bravery. Gabriel put his life in danger to rescue this cat. It was truly spectacular! I highly recommend their tree services!
They were skilled at removing the tree, but surgeons they were not. They crushed a variety of plants, a little regard to the surrounding vegetation, and drove heavy equipment over the lawn unnecessarily when loading the truck with the cut wood.
I was pleased to observe that all of the "tree specialists" worked together as a team. They were competent, polite, kept me informed, cleaned up after the work was done and actually did more than I expected. I would hire them again. Carol R
