This was a very disappointing experience and company. The owner, Brian Jones, is very shiftless and unprofessional. They were late on every meeting time and with full understanding of project and time restraints of us, the client. We only needed 2 rooms, a small wood stain and doors painted.They accepted the job with lies of completing quickly. They asked for $750 for project upfront. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is due to the timeliness of the job. Certain times to be on-site were promised but didn't show then. But, Brian and team did show not too long after. Brian and his team did am exceptional job then. One project he completed was painting my deck. Within an hour of leaving a storm rolled through and my deck was the worse for it. Brian promised me he'd fix it which he did. Very unpleasant experience outcome. This owner, Brian Jones, has acknowledged numerous times thru an ongoing complaint against his company Jones Brothers Painting with Better Business Bureau, as well as, via text that he did not complete the hired and paid painting job back in July of 2018. Jones agreed to refund a portion of our money. He even recently, apologized for the 3 month delay via text after we contacted him, and now 3 weeks later still nothing. Now won't respond anymore.
