Scheduled an appointment and the guy never came. I called and he said he will never come!??? I never met the guy. Mental issues perhaps?…
Travis does very good work He came and worked on my riding lawn mower and it ran great So a few weeks later I needed my weed eater fixed my boyfriend tried to fix it and so we called Travis and he had it running in about 3 minutes Thank you Travis.
Had my lawnmower in need of repair. Called Travis he was very helpful. He came right out and fixed my lawnmower that I had been fighting with for the better part of a week. Starts up great now! Works great with no hesitation!
Horrible customer service tried selling me a mower that he said there was nothing wrong with it.. I unloaded it tried starting it and it fell apart. He also dosent have any certificates for any classes you need to take to be a real small engine repair company. Thanks for the response. But that still don't fix that you guys have no coustomer service skills, and that you try to rip everyone off that you do work for. I traded you a brand new Honda hrx mower, and got a p.o.s. arines mower in trade. And it's still sitting in my b... read more
