Came down to Jones Bros for the seaplane rating. Eli (CFI) was awesome. Thorough with the ground school work, and great demonstrating the various takeoff and landing configurations/techniques when we went up. Also did an oral prep test which was spot on. Rob (DPE) was also thorough and very fair. All in all definitely recommend Jones Bros if you are looking to fly floats!
My dad and I both received our CSES rating and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jones Brothers Air & Seaplane Adventures. Tim was a great instructor, he was very knowledgeable and made the course so much fun! Would highly recommend this school and Tim.

Beautiful flight on Easter Sunday. Tim was an excellent pilot and showcased the differences in flying seaplanes vs. land planes. My husband flies a Piper archer and has always been interested in a seaplane experience. This amped up his interest for sure! Personally I loved the water take off and landings in both lake and river. The entire area is so scenic. It was fun to fly low enough to take it all in. For someone who loves airplanes and loves being in the sky, this was the perfect way to enjoy the thrill of flying/riding in a non-commercial setting. Also, being able to tour the surrounding landscape from an aerial perspective was exhilarating.
