I wanted to book a flight for my Dad's 81st Birthday. My husband decided he wanted to go as well. I called Jones Brothers and spoke to Rachel. She was so helpful and nice! She walked me through the process and helped me book the flight for the two of them. 100% the most amazing Saturday morning myself and my 10-year-old boy have ever had. He loves to fly at any capacity and this really took the cake. Johan was our pilot and he was Absolutely Exceptional! Guiding me through everything as I was the fearful one every step of the way. It was our first time flying in a Seaplane. Definitely a great trip on a sunny Sunday morning. The pilot was very experienced and gave us a great narration of the area while flying around. The take-off and the return on the water was so smooth it didn't feel any different than landing in a regular runway (Except for the water splashing). :-)) The staff members were very friendly, professional, and made our entire experience a very pleasant one. Definitely recommend this trip to everybody.
What an amazing experience! Jones Brothers Air & Seaplane Adventures made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I was traveling with my adult son who has special needs, and another couple using a mobility device. Their website had several flight options, and I struggled deciding which one to choose. I ended up selecting the middle-length flight along the river, and I’m so glad I did.
