I am very disappointed with the service and response from Jones Brothers Properties. Since April 15th, we have been trying to get them to fix a broken fence on their property. We contacted one of their staff members, Destiny, who reassured us on April 18th that maintenance personnel would be sent out to address the issue. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up, we have not received any further communication from her or anyone else from the company.
