Just shopped at Jones Boys and the girls were great. Great selection. Highly recommend them for your needs.
Went into Jones boys for boots and a hat. The sales lady had a bad attitude and lacked customer service. I thought about just walking out but liked the boots so bought them. Considered grabbing a hat then thought to myself why would I bother supporting such a low effort employee. The owner needs to invest in training otherwise who in their right mind would spend money here. I definitely won’t be coming back. Halfway decent experience here! The dark haired girl was beyond kind and helpful! However the blonde girl asked if I needed help and I said no we’re good and she continued to talk down to me and my partner and be snarky and rude. Definitely just need to work on attitude or leave us be
Terrible customer service. Was told I could return a pair of shoes for credit on my card. When I showed up, they said they know nothing about my call. And I did talk to 2 staff members. So terrible service.
