Called for an estimate. A guy came out within a few days, and said he'd have a estimate to me in a few days. I gave him my e-mail address, and a business card with the e-mail address. after about 4 weeks I called to see if they were going to give me an estimate. The woman on the phone seemed to be bothered that I called, and, of course, "couldn't find me in the system". She said I could call Dan and set up an appointment. excellent job – I recently hired Jones Boys to do the fiber glass insulation in my home my husband built. i did have probems with the scheduling department i think his name was Dan he was kind of rude over the phone when he scheduled the guys to be there on monday this was a big job and we needed the inspection by friday so the the sheet rockers could be in by friday afternoon anyways the guys showed up wednesday and i was not happy and dan said every thing but go f#%k yourself to me and i was not happy but we already paid t... read more

Horrible Crew – These guys were hired by a local contractor friend of mine b/c they were supposedly good. I took his word for it b/c he himself does great work. Well unfortunately they were horrible. I was originally told they would arrive on a Tuesday and it would be a one day job, we're now at the following Tuesday and the job still isn't done. Worst Experience – I am a local contractor and have used Jones boys in the past. This time it was like I was working with amatuers. I gave them a deposit for the job and was told they would call me with a start date and I didnt here from them for 2-3wks. The only way I heard from them was by me calling. Then they said they could do it on thursday or friday. I said fine just let me know a day in advance. I guess they thought I meant call me at 8am the day they were coming.
