Stopped here to see about an issue I was having with my truck while driving through Osoyoos. The owner gave me the time and the confidence it was going to be okay to drive it to our next location A huge thanks the truck ran well Highly recommend
Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have an actuator replaced on my Honda CRV. A minimum $1600 dollar job...and if the timing chain needed replacement another $1500. She showed me no appointments for the 4th. 5th. Or 6th. So I get a call the day before saying they are all booked up. They dont do much in the summer except fix tires and that I'd have to wait till January when they are needing work. What????? Had an engine light come on during a trip to Vancouver. Went to shop first thing asking for a quick code scan to see how serious an issue. Shop wanted $100.. for the scan. After the office gal already made it very clear they wouldn’t be able to work on the vehicle without an appointment. Seemed very uninterested in helping out our situation. Smiled and told them I’d try elsewhere. Never had a shop charge anything for a quick code scan. Takes 60sec… or less. Other shops in the area to work with, I’d skip these guys.
10/10 The service here was absolutely above and beyond. Wonderful staff, so kind and helpful. Our car broke down on the way to Vancouver and we were under a time crunch to catch a fight. They helped us get what we needed to be back on the road in great time. So appreciative of them and would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here!
