Great service at Jones Boys repairing a flat tire for us
Thought my car was dying a slow, clunky death, but turns out it was something minor (WHEW!). The crew at Jones Boys fit me in same day (even though they were slammed), figured it out fast, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Super friendly, super honest, and just plain awesome. I officially refuse to take my car anywhere else. 11/10 would recommend!
If i could give it more stars i would. Absolutely great service.
When calling a mechanic shop to inquire about something I highly suggest talking to 1 of the males directly this is the second mechanic shop where a woman has answered, has no mechanical knowledge and refuses to let another woman talk to their husband's AKA the boss. The woman got a extremely bad attitude and when I asked to speak with the boss or at least a mechanic she just kept saying no.
