I just had my wife's VW repaired there as a result of an accident. The car is as good as new, all work was preformed in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones Body Shop, no matter if it's a VW or a Rolls-Royce. Best shop I have ever used in the last 45 years.If you use them you will never be disappointed......

Worst body shop experience I ever had. My mistake was taking my Honda there thinking they know what they are doing because they also had a Honda dealership. They took forever to fix the car and returned it to me. I tried bringing the problems up with the manager, Howie Musser, and he got hot headed with me, totally unprofessional. The guy has serious anger issues and communication skills of a 6th grader. I should have taken my Honda to several other local body shops I had better experience with. This is a family owned and run business. The service is fast and reliable, not to mention reasonably priced. Ive used this shop for years and will continue to do so.
These people are great! They are very efficient & friendly. They also gave me an estimate almost half of what I was quoted at another place in Asheville.
