I’m based in Australia and recently bought a Jones Complete - the team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We purchased 2 Jones LWB bikes 3 months ago and have done around 4,500 kilometers on them. A very good portion of the milage has been on gravel roads. We have never seen a Jones bike before buying them online but were attracted by the features of a 203mm front rotor, 9 speed crankset , steel frame, with curvy steel front fork. I finally purchased this bike after 5 years of watching the videos and dealing with traditional bike discomfort. I’ve only ridden it twice now and only wish I’d have purchased it 5 years ago. It’s truly an amazing riding experience and it’s made my other three bikes essentially useless to me. I couldn’t recommend this bike enough for anyone who wants comfort and a do all bike.
I’m so impressed with my Jones SWB Complete Bike! Out of the box it was truly so easy to set up, and it’s just been a joy to ride since. So smooth and fun, and I really can’t imagine a better bike. I’m just outside of Boston - the trails are all roots and rocks and it handles it all perfectly. I took it out on the road as well for a 50 mile ride and it was very comfortable and had no issue riding with friends on their "road" style bikes.
