First Jone LWB ride review, written by a 245 lbs retiree, 5'11" tall. Riding a medium LWB that I received 24 hours ago. Folks, I found myself browsing bike websites, again. I’m based in Australia and recently bought a Jones Complete - the team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We purchased 2 Jones LWB bikes 3 months ago and have done around 4,500 kilometers on them. A very good portion of the milage has been on gravel roads. We have never seen a Jones bike before buying them online but were attracted by the features of a 203mm front rotor, 9 speed crankset , steel frame, with curvy steel front fork. We had no previous experience with plus tire sized bikes. I finally purchased this bike after 5 years of watching the videos and dealing with traditional bike discomfort. I’ve only ridden it twice now and only wish I’d have purchased it 5 years ago. It’s truly an amazing riding experience and it’s made my other three bikes essentially useless to me. I couldn’t recommend this bike enough for anyone who wants comfort and a do all bike.
