I went here because of my flat tire. When I was here only one person there but he did great. However, he replaced one of my stock cat eye on my bike by another cheap one. Maybe I won't come back here. P/s: It's very expensive too.

Closing for ever, before summer 2020, so go now. Great, professional service, good deals on remaining bike selection. Fantastic for getting and maintaining kids bikes. Serious cyclists appreciated the parts, tools and accessories in stock plus pro bike service advice, even if you have not (yet) bought a bike there. The location on Mission, after moving from Huntington Drive in San Marino, is small but was efficiently arranged. Free parking on street is limited but usually adequate.

I bought a bycicle for my boy and it had some issues with the barring. I went to jones and the gentlemen working there fixed it immediately at no charge! that just shows you the integrity and good service of this business. thanks !

The bike shop owner Benson and his team have the expertise to explain your bike problems in layman terms. Also, they are willing to go the extra mile to examine your bike thoroughly and weed out possible problems you may experience in the future. I was completely satisfied with the service and would of given them a 10 point rating if possible.

I’ve been bringing my bikes to these guys for over 20 years (three bikes ago). I could go into all the details, but I think “twenty years” says it all.
