Sylvia Duncan my service representative was very thorough, very qualified and did a fine job with the 97,000 mile service on my Subaru
great experience-- was able to get in next day for an oil change. service was super quick and everyone was friendly. had a bit of an issue the next day and steve told me to bring it right back in and they would get it figured out. and they did! he kept us updated on the entire process and it ended up being a simple fix. i was so impressed with the quickness and the quality of service for the entire experience. would highly recommend. ask for Steve as your adviser!!
I just wanted to say how Awesome, Jones Subaru is Especially the Service department . Simone is the sweetest and so helpful . Took care of me with no hesitation . Ryan the Manger is above and beyond . He helped me at a WaWa when my tire was low . He did not even have to stop . And it was raining. You don’t find this kind of service just anywhere .. But Ryan and Anthony at Jones Subaru are the BEST by far . And Simone will be more than happy to help THE BEST
