I highly recommend Subaru Jones Junction to everyone. Ms. Sylvia is an exceptional customer service representative who deserves a perfect 5-star rating. I had some issues with my transmission, but you guys handled it incredibly well. My car ride and shift were smooth as ever. Simone was instrumental in getting my dead battery replaced and was also able to arrange for an oil change at the same time, which saved me a return trip I am always satisfied with the service at Jones Subaru!
If I had one word to describe this service center it would be FANTASTIC! I came with my spouse's Subaru Forester due to some rattling and scraping that I couldn't pin down myself as a DIY-er. Not only did they discover the exact issue I was having, they brought to me several other issues that needed to be looked at to ensure the longevity of the vehicle and my spouse's life.
