Great customer service with a fast process.
I will forever shop jones! I’ve never experience the car and diligence that these dealers provide anywhere else. I have purchased 3 cars from them and would purchase 3 more without flinching.
I mean I’m satisfied I walked away with the car I wanted with no issues .. I was referred to this dealership by someone and happy I decided to choose them :)
Chris the manager and the sales person Holly did an excellent job with myself and wife. However, the initial contact to help choose a used vehicle was horrible. Mr Paul Zurrelli, I guess this is his last name, not sure of the spelling This person identified himself as one of the used car managers. Nothing was more irritating then engaging with someone who made you feel like you were bothering them so early in the morning. This person Paul offered no help what so ever.
