Sales team were very considerate and knowledgeable. They had the exact car and package I was looking for. Plenty of inventory. Paperwork was quick and easy.
UPDATE: While we we in the process of trading back the Kona, both Jim and Sonny told us we would get back about $1300 refund from the gap insurance. That it would take about a month. We have yet to receive that. I have called and left 3 voicemails with 3 different people in the finance dept. Spoke with someone in finance who assured me Sonny would get back to me. I emailed Jim twice. No reply. I called my bank and they said the money goes back to the dealer, that I should speak with them. My husband will never purchase a car... read more
