It took a little longer than I thought but they found the issue. It falls under the warranty. The mechanic was very nice and explained the issue more. They gave me a rental to use until the car is done.

Initial customer service was nice until it got to the point of signing the paperwork. Agreed terms were not the same as what appeared on the documents and when brought to their attention they claimed miscommunication from management. Same management that did not acknowledge us {not as if it was a busy day} until 6hrs into our dealings with the sales representative

I typically have great experiences here, however I was quite disappointed during this service. I brought my car in for an issue that ended up being covered under the powertrain warranty. Once the tech fixed it, my service advisor told me that he wanted to keep it overnight and test it again in the morning. At about noon, I called to get a status update and they said that the tech is still test driving.
