I recently had a very disappointing experience with a representative named Jessica in the service department at Jones Hyundai. From the moment the call began, her tone came across as rude and dismissive, which immediately set a negative impression. Rather than making any effort to assist or understand my concerns, she sounded completely uninterested, as if helping customers was an inconvenience. I’ve been servicing my vehicles at Jones Junction for the past 20 years. I want to give feedback on Carol Lester, service advisor at Jones Hyundai. Carol is not only knowledgeable but always shows a genuine care and understanding for any and all of our car needs/repairs. I’ve had a few emergencies over the years and we called Carol and she walked us through the problem and even set up an appointment for us.
