I saw Nathan Jones threatening and intimidating local shop workers, then saw he was accused of exploiting an elderly man with dementia, and he was fired for that kind of behavior, so I wouldn't trust him to repair my mailbox.

Nathan Jones owns a really good shop in Dover and they do a good job with vehicles. He’s probably a much better mechanic than a Cop….just ask him, because he thinks he’s the law of Dover.

I broke down 350 miles from home. Had my truck towed to Jones. They were tremendous help. They moved a few things around and started working on it that day. Two days later I was back on the road. Truck running smooth. Didnt try to beating around the bush and sell me more work than what was needed. The bill was a few thousand less than I was expecting. Best part is days later while looking under the hood I noticed that they replaced a few hoses that I know definitely needed replaced free of charge and no mention of it.

They took my truck in on very short notice and fixed it in under an hour. Everyone here was great and down to earth. I'll be back for more work done here! Thank you so much, you saved us today!
