My car overheated and stopped on RT 1. I Called Jones Automotive explained the situation. They told me the tow company they are affiliated with. Within 15 minutes of me calling them my car was towed. After the diagnostic, it was discovered the radiator hose was torn. The part was called in and was told it can be delivered first thing the morning. When I got there I was very overwhelmed and had started to cry, but they were calm,kind, and patient with me! They were able to fix my car quickly! They have excellent service!
Reliable, honest and Professional service. What's most important for me clear communication no surprises and you receive quality work. I found this place by chance 2 years ago I had a flat and asked God to find me a tire service from my current location. when my previous mechanic moved out of state I knew to come back ! I must say that I'm completely satisfied with my level of service I received. Took my vehicle for a diagnostic test and Donnell informed me of what needed to be done. I jumped on it and got it done, I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks again!!
