My car was hesitating and I also had an issue with my tires. Called up and was immediately given an appointment to leave my car. I got it back in a day and a half and was SHOCKED and AMAZED at the difference. My car drove like it was brand new. I will NEVER, EVER, have anyone else work on my car except the Jones brothers. I am absolutely thrilled at the amount of courtesy, professionalism, and mechanical excellence I experienced from Jones Automotive. Thanks a million. It’s a shame I can only give you guys five stars.

I came to Jones Automotive based off of a Facebook group recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. They took care of an issue with my girlfriend’s car making a weird noise quickly and at a reasonable cost, and then when my car got a flat tire a couple days later they were able to replace the tire the same morning I called - I wasn’t even late to work! Donell and Cordell are hardworking, honest mechanics. I will surely come again if I have any car troubles.

Just another basic shop overcharging for non-oem parts. You’d figured they’d help you get the best price for the best part being former techs for specific brands. I dont do 3rd visits

My car overheated and stopped on RT 1. I Called Jones Automotive explained the situation. They told me the tow company they are affiliated with. Within 15 minutes of me calling them my car was towed. After the diagnostic, it was discovered the radiator hose was torn. The part was called in and was told it can be delivered first thing the morning. He explained to them, that the part was needed for the evening. I forgot to mention my first call to Jones Auto was after 3:20 pm and they closed for the evening at 5. I am from out... read more

When I got there I was very overwhelmed and had started to cry, but they were calm,kind, and patient with me! They were able to fix my car quickly! They have excellent service!
