They are efficient, thorough and always accomodates and does the service as quickly as possible.
This place is my go to place for A/C repairs. I have been using them for 20 years. Old vehicles and new. Always do a great job, great people to deal with. One time I had the same part fail over a year after the original repair and they replaced it for no charge. It wasn’t their fault but they felt it shouldn’t have failed so they took care of it. I haven’t used them for other repairs but I’m sure they are great with other work besides AC.
My car was stuttering when it shifted gears and I didn’t want to pay the $200 diagnostic fee at the dealership. I took it to Jones because they had a much more reasonable fee and would then take it off the cost of repairs. Tim was my mechanic and he kept in constant communication with me as he diagnosed the car. He had it done on time and walked me through everything again when I arrived.
