Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. My belongings were stolen and nothing was done about it. I was charged for them to “put my bumper back on”. The charge was $220, there’s no reason there should be plastic pieces hanging out in my trunk. I had my Bible sitting in my dashboard consul so why is it on the floor in the backseat if my rear end was being worked on? I would have given 5 stars but the person they have up front (named Jessica) was so rude I had to lower the satisfaction rating. It's very important to have employees who interact with customers to be kind, patient, understanding, and willing to help solve issue or problems which might arise. Jessica failed at every one of these. When I walked into the shop Jessica approached me. I asked if my truck was ready for pick-up and she said it was, but that I'd have to pay for the repairs before they would release my vehicle. I smi... read more

This was the most awful experience ever. My dodge challenger were bought there for repairs due to a deer hit. They took almost 1 month to get it back. Once we got it back the hood was not the right size, the color paint wasn't matching, the fog light was hanging off. They charge my insurance company over, $9000 for ALL used parts that don't even register for my vehicle.
