I came in for an estimate, the first African American woman I spoke to was very rude, and tried to make me speak to a manager for something that had already been explained when making the appointment. Thankfully another much nicer lady immediately solved the issue, but the first woman should learn customer service.
Classic Collision came highly recommended, so I took my new car there for a couple of deep scratches that were into the base coat. I’m very critical of body and paint work, but when I got it back, I couldn’t tell any work had been done. The car looked brand new again, even up close and under various lighting conditions. More than impressed with the quality and the speed of service. Had my car back in the driveway 36 hours later. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
I had my car repaired last year and it was an excellent experience from the adjuster to timeframes. Recently, hit a tire on the interstate and it damaged my front bumper and knocked my sensor loose so naturally went back to classic collision last month - I was met with someone named Ryan - he walked out to my car came back in and told me insurance claim would be the only way due to the sensor needing recalibrated and it’d be $3k plus off top - me, cool so I left went to insurance company turns out the sensor was fine just ne... read more
