I rented a U-haul tow dolly from this guy. I noticed that the price was higher than usual and asked why. He attributed it to tech students renting a lot of equipment at the time. After I received the contract receipt I noticed that the price was higher because he actually charged me for 2 rental periods instead of 1. I called to address it and he got a little hostile with me. He then said he would look into it and I haven't heard from him yet. This guy is dishonest! Be careful dealing with him.
Very welcoming and excellent experience. Everything was clear and explained fully. The communication was awesome. I would definitely recommend!!! Great Customer Service!!
Neekus and his team were very professional and helpful. They made sure everything was right. He even came in on his day off for me to pick my car up and I appreciate him for that. Let me not forget my car is beautiful. Come shop with them and tell him Keshia sent you!!
