Hello. The Vehicle I brought took way too long to get repaired though I had an appointment. The communication was not good. The smog i got quoted for was never finished. The smog that was communicated with me by clerk and mechanic along with additional repairs we spoke over the phone about were not completed prior to pick up. I got called that the vehicle was ready but the not all the services were completed. I would like to follow up with a phone call regarding this at some point in time. I still have my invoice as well.
