I called about a problem I was having with my insurance company and Maegan Norman helped me. She sent an email to the company and called me back to see if I had heard from them. I had not gotten a reply from her email. So about 2 weeks later I called again and she said she would have someone higher up reach out. Melony was extremely professional, patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend Melony with Jones and Associates. The receptionist up front was helpful and courteous as well.
