Absolutely awful! First let me start by saying that we were looking forward to having a great audio video system in our home. The owner came out had a lot of ideas. We paid him a lot of money for junk. Literally every piece of equipment and wiring he did had gone bad. Meaning that we cannot watch television in one room without another television coming on in another room on another floor. This company is a local Iowa Falls Family who after years and years has sold and serviced at the top of their league. We started with washer/dryer, microwave (one for us and one for our son, dishwasher *one for us and one for our son, TV, refrigerator and freezer (one for us and one for our son, We just purchased a 3D 55inch TV, DVR/Blueray unit and beautiful cherry entertainment center.
