Jones Aplliance has been used by my family for years. However, they do not work on gas ovens. They recommended Mr. Appliance.
I called him he was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be calling him back for all my appliance needs.
I wouldn’t call anyone else for an appliance problem. As a matter of fact, I only know of Jones Appliance, there’s no need to look anywhere else. Mr. Jones has helped us twice. The last time he came, he was honest and told me don’t put a dime in it for repairs. He wouldn’t take the charge for the service call and I was grateful. Found replacement washer locally that works great for what would have been the price of the service call. Wonderful human being, great personality. Thank you, Mr Jones!
